Shipping
We process and ship orders within 2 to 10 business days, depending on the piece, our studio timeline, and availability. For made-to-order items, please check the product page for specific production timelines.
For orders within the United Kingdom, we ship via Royal Mail. You’ll receive an email with your shipping information and tracking details for your convenience. VAT will be applied at checkout for UK shipments.
For orders outside the UK, we use DHL delivery services. Please be aware that customs and duty fees may apply, and these are the customer’s responsibility. We’re unable to refund or reship parcels returned due to unpaid customs fees.
All orders are insured and trackable.
Delivery costs:
- Outside the UK: £30*
- Within the UK: Free
Returns
At STUDIO HIRAM, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the time you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your piece should be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also include your receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Custom-made items, altered to specific customer requests, are non-refundable, and we’re unable to refund any customs charges or sales tax.

Damaged or Faulty Pieces
Damaged Pieces
- Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you find that your item is damaged during transit, contact the delivery service right away. They will investigate the issue and help you file a claim for the damage.
Faulty Pieces
- While we take great care in our quality assurance process, occasional mistakes can still happen. Products are considered faulty if they arrived with or develop a manufacturing fault within 6 months of purchase. This policy doesn’t cover damage from normal wear and tear.
- If you think you've received a faulty product, please contact us as soon as possible with details and photos of the issue before sending the item back. We’ll assess the damage and determine the next steps.
- If your complaint is approved, we’ll send you a replacement product once we receive the faulty item, and we’ll reimburse you for the return shipping costs with proof of postage.
- If the faulty product is out of stock, we’ll refund you the full purchase amount.

While we strive for accuracy, we can’t always guarantee that our website will be free from typos, errors in specifications, prices, measurements, images, or other content issues. We also can’t promise that every product shown on the site is in stock. You’ll receive an email confirmation once we’ve received your order.
Please note that colors might look different on your screen due to various monitor settings, so the actual product color may vary from what you see online.
We also reserve the right to review and approve purchases at our discretion.
