Our Story

Studio Hiram represents the culmination of years of self-discovery, absolute curiosity, and endless design iteration. A long journey that began with a simple question at the time - why is men’s jewellery so boring?

Over the years, as I developed my personal style, I realised I was never drawn to the classic signet rings and minimalist chains that fashion media hailed as "staples." They felt uninspired—lacking the boldness and creative energy I wanted. I was craving something sculptural, something that could be an extension of self-expression and could be worn by everyone. Why couldn’t jewellery be both wearable for the everyday and also interesting and artistic?

That’s what led me to start making my own jewellery. At first, I experimented with found materials like beads, stones, and charms, bringing together designs that reflected my vision. But it soon became clear that I needed to take it a step further and learn how to craft jewellery from scratch to truly bring my vision to life.

My creative inspiration is deeply rooted in the design traditions of past generations and cultures. I draw from Native Mexican motifs that connect me to my heritage, intricate Baroque ornamentation, and other architectural and artistic influences. At the same time, I was equally fascinated by the potential of lab-grown gemstones, using them in ways that highlight rather than hide their facets, playing with light and reflection.

By blending these influences, I began to experiment with both traditional and modern jewellery-making techniques, from lost wax casting to 3D CAD software. This fusion allowed me to refine my vision and to push my boundaries.

The result is Studio Hiram: bold, angular jewellery made from solid 925 silver—pieces that feel like everyday wearable art. My hope is to empower people to express their most authentic selves with confidence and style.

Our Craftsmanship

The jewellery pieces begin as simple sketches on paper or digital drawings, which are then refined using 3D CAD software before turning them into wax models. These models are then cast in responsibly sourced, recycled 925 sterling silver using the traditional lost wax casting method. Every design is made with solid 925 sterling silver—no filler metals, no shortcuts (you’d be surprised how often those are used). Molds are then created of various components to allow for scalability and consistency. Each piece is carefully hand-finished to a high-polish, fine-jewellery standard. To complete the look, we set lab-grown gemstones and other unconventional materials into precise bezels, creating bold, sharp, and eye-catching statement pieces.

All the jewellery is designed in London,UK. Some pieces are handcrafted in our London studio if possible, while others are produced in collaboration with our trusted manufacturing partner. We take care to vet our partners thoroughly to ensure ethical standards are upheld throughout the entire process.
