Almo Necklace
£180.00
What Inspired this design?
The “Almo” necklace, short after the Spanish word almohadillado (“Bossage” in English), takes its inspiration from the textured stone pyramid accents, or bugnatos, as seen on Renaissance building facades in Italy. These architectural details have always fascinated me for the way they enhance the presence of a structure, while also transforming its appearance as sunlight shifts throughout the day. I reinterpreted these elements into a contemporary, symmetrical pendant—chunky, heavy, and designed for modern everyday wear.
